Imposter Syndrome. It’s real, and it can be a lot to deal with. But if you don’t believe in yourself, how can anyone else believe in you? Here are some tips to shake imposter syndrome and learn how to believe in yourself: ✨ Look in the mirror and say “I don’t chase. I attract.” ✨ Do something only someone who believes in themselves would do, like submitting your headshot to an open casting call despite never acting before in your life ✨ Press me (the Easy Button) anytime you do something hard to operantly condition yourself into believing it was actually easy ✨ Invent a time machine then go back in time and tell your younger self that you’re you from the future and you’re a millionaire who everyone loves so that knowledge drives them to create a new path in life How did YOU learn to believe in yourself?
